FORNO A MUFFOLA ZB/1 - ZB/2

Questo apparato è stato progettato, costruito e testato secondo la Direttiva Europea 2004/108/CE (compatibilità elettromagnetica EMC), alla Direttiva Europea 2006/95/CE (bassa tensione BT) e alla norma CEI EN 61010-1:2001 e CEI EN 61010-2-010.

DESCRIZIONE

Il Forno a muffola mod. ZB/1 – ZB/2 è normalmente impiegato nel settore meccanico per il trattamento degli acciai, nel settore orafo dentale per la cottura dei rivestimenti, nel settore dell'industria chimica (laboratori), del vetro e della ceramica. Muffola riscaldante, sfilabile dal retro, in gettata unica di materiale refrattario cordielitico per sopperire agli sbalzi termici. Resistori in KANTHAL schermati. Porta a bandiera con cuneo di pressione e dispositivo di arresto dell'alimentazione elettrica alla sua apertura che consente all'operatore, durante il carico e scarico della muffola, di agire con la massima sicurezza, evitando il contatto con la parte rovente.
Scarico posteriore dei fumi a tiraggio naturale. Pannello di comando e di controllo con un termoregolatore elettronico digitale visualizzato. Temperatura max. 1100° C.

DESCRIPTION

The Muffle Oven mod. ZB/1 – ZB/2 is utilised in the mechanical field for steels treatments. In the goldsmith-dental field for the heating of coverings. In the chemical industrial field (laboratories) for glass and ceramic operations. Heating muffle, unthreaded from the back, in an only cast of refractory cordieletic material to provide for thermal joilts. Resistors in KANTHAL screened. Shear-cake with pressure wedge and stop device for electric feeding when it opens, allowing the operator during the loading and unloading of the muffle, to act in total safety avoiding the contact with hot parts. Natural draught posterior exhaust of the smokes. Control panel with electronic digital visualised thermo-regulator. Maximum temperature value 1100°C.
